Must have:
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing.

  • Advanced experience with Google Ads and other platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate data into insights.
  • Strong copywriting skills for ads and website copy.

Your Impact

Our Digital Marketing team plays a crucial role in connecting our audience with our transformative solutions. We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Digital Campaigns Specialist to lead our search-based advertising and SEO initiatives. As the Senior Digital Campaigns Specialist, you will own and execute Axon’s search-based digital marketing strategy, ensuring our paid and organic search efforts drive quality traffic, leads, and conversions. You will work cross-functionally with campaign managers, content teams, and analytics stakeholders to optimize campaign performance, improve search rankings, and deliver measurable impact.

What You’ll Do

Location: Scottsdale OR Denver/Boulder OR San Francisco OR Seattle OR Atlanta
Reports to: Manager, Digital Campaigns
Direct reports: None

  • Develop, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns in search engine ad platforms, ensuring alignment with broader marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct ongoing keyword research to identify opportunities for campaign improvement and expansion.
  • Monitor and analyze paid search performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI. Adjust bids in real time based on pacing and campaign performance.
  • Lead SEO strategy, working closely with content and web teams to enhance site performance and advise on high-impact content types, topics, and keywords to improve search rankings.
  • Run comprehensive SEO site audits across technical, content, and off-site factors to ensure alignment with best practices, including content optimization, metadata improvements, and link-building efforts.
  • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, distilling insights into clear strategies, testing opportunities, and growth recommendations to key stakeholders.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging digital marketing technologies to continuously refine strategies.
  • Ensure alignment between paid and organic search strategies to drive cohesive performance across channels.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing, managing PPC campaigns and SEO initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), and keyword strategy.
  • Advanced experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Bing Ads, and SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
  • Familiarity with popular Content Management Systems amd Marketing Automation platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proactive, curious, solution-oriented and highly collaborative mindset.
  • Strong copywriting skills with experience crafting high-performing, conversion focused ad and website copy.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
