Responsibilities:

• Adoption of ESG frameworks and standards to transformation of public sector organisations.

• Cooperation with donors, regulatory bodies, subject matter experts and other relevant parties.

• Develop and implement ESG initiatives within public sector.

• Develop approaches for measurement and reporting of ESG performance, including use of data analytics solutions.

• Due diligence and other verifications related to ESG issues.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sustainability, legal, consulting to integrate ESG considerations into business strategies and decision-making processes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in ESG area or corporate social responsibility (CSR).

• Prior, relevant 2+ years’ experience in public sector.

• Acumen in identifying and acting on market opportunities.

• Understanding of any of the ESG frameworks, such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, and SDGs.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Relevant ESG certifications would be a plus.
