As a Senior EU Funding & State Aid Consultant, you will lead the entire funding process, ensuring applications meet eligibility criteria and align with strategic goals. Your expertise will be key in navigating funding landscapes and providing invaluable insights to our clients. You'll manage funding submissions from concept to completion, collaborating closely with funding authorities and leveraging advanced technology to deliver top-tier services.
You will also be a part of a wider PwC CEE funding experts’ group, boosting your skills on an international level and making a real difference in the world of EU funding and state aid.
Conduct in-depth research to uncover EU and national funding programs, assessing their potential to support client objectives.
Craft compelling, clear, and compliant project applications tailored to specific funding calls.
Utilize market data, industry trends, and relevant statistics to strengthen project feasibility and proposal quality.
Offer strategic, data-driven advice to clients, helping them navigate funding landscapes and optimize project development.
Oversee the entire funding application lifecycle, ensuring timely and successful submissions.
Employ cutting-edge automation, AI, and technological solutions of PwC to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Exceptional storytelling skills, both written and oral, in Lithuanian and English (fluency in German is a plus).
At least 5 years of experience in funding application writing, with a focus on energy efficiency, renewable energy sources (RES), and sustainability.
Degree or significant experience in fields of sustainability, engineering, or innovation (law degree is a plus).
A tech-savvy mindset with the ability to not only utilize but also develop innovative technology solutions.
Strong analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail in collecting, organizing, and interpreting data.
Experience with European financial instruments (e.g., ESIF, Innovation Fund, Horizon Europe, Digital Europe Program, CEF) is advantageous but not required.
The monthly gross base salary for this position ranges from 2000 - 4000 EUR, plus performance-based bonuses.
