Job description

As the Head of Talent Acquisition for our dynamic team based in the Czech Republic, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of talent acquisition, from sourcing and hiring to onboarding and retention. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our hiring practices align with our organizational objectives and that we continue to cultivate a culture of excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing sourcing, hiring, and employee acquisition processes.
  • Ensuring alignment of talent acquisition projects with organizational objectives.
  • Cultivating a culture of excellence and developing clear objectives for talent acquisition.
  • Creating and proofing guidelines for hiring practices within the organization.
  • Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to ensure effective sourcing and retention of talent.
  • Producing regular reports on talent needs, acquisitions, and plans.
  • Presenting hiring, talent, and employment-related reports to members of the organization.
  • Leading all sourcing strategies and managing external partnerships with colleges, job boards, and HR software vendors.
  • Overseeing an online and offline employer branding activities
  • Preparing and reviewing our annual recruitment budget.
  • Forecasting hiring needs based on business growth plans.
  • Managing, training, and evaluating the team
  • Participating in and hosting recruitment events to drive awareness of our company.
  • Measuring key recruitment metrics, like source of hire and time-to-hire.
  • Defining and leading projects focused on continuous improvement.
  • Managing the ATS and recruitment technology tools.
  • Continuously reviewing our process to drive improvements and change.

Requirement of the role

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of HR software and ATS tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key organizations and institutes.
  • Experience in managing external partnerships with colleges, job boards, and HR software vendors.
  • Proficiency in measuring key recruitment metrics, such as source of hire and time-to-hire.
  • Ability to lead projects focused on continuous improvement in the recruitment process.
  • Experience in developing and delivering talent attraction strategies, including strategic use of social media channels.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage, train, and evaluate a team of recruiters.
  • Excellent budgeting skills, with experience in preparing and reviewing recruitment budgets.
  • Ability to forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans.
  • Proficiency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
