(1)日本ローカルリリース製品のオペレーション戦略策定を担当し、製品オペレーションサイクルに基づき、オペレーションターゲットとプランニングを分けることができる；
(2)R&D、オペレーション、マーケティングチームと連携し、現地のリソースを整合し、日本における製品のオペレーションパフォーマンスに責任を持つ；
(3) 日本におけるオペレーションチームを日常的に管理する。
（1）负责日本本土发行产品的运营策略制定，能够基于产品运营周期，拆分运营目标以及规划；
（2）协调研发、运营，市场团队，充分调动日本本土资源，为产品在日本的运营成绩负责；
（3）对日本本土运营团队进行日常管理
Requirements:
1、日本におけるゲーム業界で5年以上の経験があり、プロジェクトを成功させた経験があることが望ましい；
2、国際的なチーム経験を持ち、国際的なチームのワークフローを理解し、適応できる；
3、ゲームが好きで、日本のゲーム市場やユーザーの嗜好について十分な知識と理解を持っていること；
4、日本語が母国語レベルであり、中国語または英語に堪能であることが望ましい；
5、コミュニケーション能力とリソース調整能力が高く、部門を超えたコミュニケーションとコラボレーションを推進できる。
1、5年以上日本游戏行业经验，有完整成功项目经验者优先；
2、有国际化团队背景，了解并适应国际化团队的工作流程；
3、热爱游戏，对日本游戏市场以及用户喜好有充分的认知和理解；
4、母语日语，除日语外，熟练掌握中文或英语其一者优先；
5、有较强的沟通与资源协调能力，能较好地促进跨部门沟通协作
