Job Summary:
The Senior HR Associate is responsible for providing comprehensive HR support and expertise to the organization. This individual will lead critical HR initiatives, serve as a subject matter expert, and partner with business leaders to drive strategic people-related objectives. The Senior HR Associate will manage complex HR matters, mentor junior staff, and ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
Job Description & Responsibilities-
- Lead the implementation of HR programs and policies (e.g., compensation, benefits, employee relations, performance management).
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
- Investigate and resolve complex employee relations issues in a timely and impartial manner.
- Maintain detailed documentation and ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the overall employee experience.
- Participate in planning and execution of employee engagement and CSR activities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and HR program enhancements.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in Human Resources.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in a generalist HR role.
- Demonstrated expertise in all core HR functions, including compensation, benefits, employee relations, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis.
- Certified Professional in Human Resources will be a plus.
- Proven track record of leading successful HR initiatives and driving continuous improvement.
