OKX is seeking a Senior Manager to scale its Learning & Development (L&D) and Employee Engagement functions, aiming to cultivate a high-performing, inclusive, and growth-driven culture. This role involves designing and implementing L&D strategies, developing regional learning programs, and creating engaging employee experiences. The ideal candidate will partner with business leaders to address learning needs and employee experience challenges, design and deliver workshop content, and create e-learning experiences. Responsibilities also include designing programs that foster recognition and connection, and collaborating with HR teams to ensure program alignment. Must have:
- Design, implement, and improve L&D strategy.
- Develop regional learning programs and employee experiences.

- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
- 8+ years experience in L&D or Employee Experience.

Good to have:
- Certifications in L&D, OD, or employee engagement tools (e.g., DiSC, Gallup, SHRM, CIPD).
- Content and instructional design expertise.
- Data fluency and ability to translate insights into action.
- Experience with survey platforms and digital engagement strategies.

About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager to scale our Learning & Development (L&D) and Employee Engagement functions. This is a high-impact role focused on cultivating a high-performing, inclusive, and growth-driven culture. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in designing learning programs, creating content, and facilitating meaningful workshops and events that boost our employee satisfaction, development, and retention.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Design, implement, and continuously improve a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with organizational goals and employee career growth.
- Develop and scale regional learning programs and employee experiences including onboarding, professional development, and upskilling.
- Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, identifying learning needs and anticipating employee experience challenges with practical solutions.
- Design and deliver workshop content, develop e-learning experiences, and facilitate end-to-end training programs from concept to execution.
- Design programs that celebrate wins, foster connection, and reinforce a culture of recognition and feedback.
- Collaborate closely with HRBPs, HR Operations, and Center of Excellence teams to ensure program alignment and adoption.
What We Look For In You
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. Certifications in L&D, OD, or employee engagement tools (e.g., DiSC, Gallup, SHRM, CIPD).
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or Employee Experience roles.
- Strong project management skills, content and instructional design, data fluency, and the ability to translate insights into action.
- Demonstrable experience with L&D tools, survey platforms, and digital engagement strategies.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.
- Passion for building people-first cultures that foster inclusion, collaboration, and continuous learning.

- The salary range for this position is $143,111 to $214,666
- The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
