The Producer will be one of the fundamental cornerstones of the dynamic development team, with the opportunity to revolutionize the trajectory of the project. You will be driving forward a team of approximately 20 people, bringing to life a semi-realistic dark fantasy game (Blizzard inspired)

Responsibilities

Manage the production process for a large F2P mobile game project

Collaborate with the Product Manager, Creative Lead and other Producer

Budget and project risk management

Creation and optimization of process

Ensuring transparency by keeping the team and stakeholders informed about the project's status

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Producer in the game development industry

Good understanding of the game development process

Knowledge and ability to use Agile methodologies in project management.

Experience in a leadership role in teams of 20+ people.

Proficiency in Excel and project management tools (such as JIRA/Confluence).

Excellent communication skills

Communicative Polish
