Rovio is seeking an analytical Product Manager to lead the optimization of its game economy during development and launch. This role involves taking ownership of monetization features, driving revenue and player engagement, defining the game's long-term roadmap, and contributing directly to core gameplay. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Python beneficial), and a deep understanding of game economy and design. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are crucial for bridging game design and game economy. The position is based in Copenhagen with weekly office presence; relocation assistance is available for non-Denmark candidates. The role involves working on a new mobile game within an established franchise.

Are you ready to shape the success of our next big game? We’re looking for an analytical Product Manager to lead the charge in optimizing our game economy during a pivotal phase of development and launch. This is your chance to make a critical impact in ensuring our game is balanced, engaging, and set for success.
Our team works onsite in the center of Copenhagen with weekly presence in the office. If not in Denmark, we can provide relocation assistance.
You'll have impact and fun at work by:
- Taking ownership of the development and optimization of monetization features, driving revenue and player engagement.
- Defining the game's long-term roadmap.
- Contributing directly to the core gameplay experience by ensuring a balanced and engaging economy.
- Analyzing data and providing insights to optimize the game and its monetization strategies.
- Collaborating closely with our designer and analyst to refine and improve the game experience.
- Working on a new mobile game within an iconic and established franchise.
Experience and skills we are looking for:
- Analytical skills: Strong ability to analyze data and extract actionable insights. Proficiency in using Excel and SQL to analyze large datasets of game data. Familiarity with Python and Unity is seen as beneficial.
- Data-driven decision making: Proficient in utilizing data platforms to analyze game data and inform decision-making.
- Understanding of game economy and design: Proven ability to design compelling product offerings that drive player engagement and consumption.
- Communication: Proven ability to effectively communicate between designers and analysts, acting as a bridge between game design and game economy.
- Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to engage with everyone on the team and collaborate closely to achieve common goals.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying issues and developing effective solutions.
