Job Description

Sixer seeks a Senior QA Manager to lead their QA team and drive the transition from manual to automation testing. This role demands technical and leadership skills, including hands-on experience in both manual and automation testing to ensure high software quality. Responsibilities include executing comprehensive tests for front-end and back-end systems, developing and maintaining automation scripts using Selenium, Postman, JMeter, and integrating with CI/CD pipelines. Further responsibilities involve API testing, load/stress testing, database validations, bug management, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and mentoring the QA team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in QA, with 3+ years in automation testing and team leadership.

Must have:

5+ years in QA, 3+ years in automation testing and team leadership
Proficiency in Selenium, Postman, JMeter
Mobile app testing (iOS/Android) and SQL experience
Strong communication and collaboration skills in Agile

What Are We Looking For:

We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Manager to lead our Quality Assurance team and drive the transition from manual testing to automation. This role requires a mix of technical and leadership expertise, with hands-on experience in both manual and automation testing, ensuring the highest quality for our software products.

Key Responsibilities

Manual Testing: Execute comprehensive tests for front-end (UI, gameplay) and back-end systems (data management, server performance).
Automation Testing: Develop and maintain automation scripts using tools like Selenium, Postman, JMeter, and integrate with CI/CD pipelines.
Back-end Testing: Perform API testing, load/stress testing, and database validations.
Bug Management: Track, document, and verify defects; ensure smooth regression testing.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with developers, designers, and product managers to align QA goals with business objectives.
Team Leadership: Mentor a team, manage sprints, and ensure delivery within timelines.

Required Skills

5+ years in QA, with 3+ years in automation testing and team leadership.
Proficiency in Selenium, Postman, JMeter, and other automation tools.
Experience with mobile app testing (iOS/Android) and SQL for database testing.
Strong communication and collaboration skills in Agile environments.
