Job Description

Luxoft seeks a Senior Requirements Engineer for its Automotive division. Responsibilities include gathering and documenting requirements from stakeholders, analyzing and validating requirements for clarity and feasibility, developing and maintaining specifications and traceability matrices, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting requirement reviews, managing requirement changes, ensuring compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 26262, AUTOSAR), participating in system design, and providing support during testing. The ideal candidate will have experience with in-vehicle platform SW, BSP, hypervisors, and Qualcomm technologies. The role involves applying agile methodologies to challenging automotive projects and ensuring a high-quality user experience.

Project description

Luxoft is the major independent Software Services company world-wide. We deliver professional software services in multiple business verticals, especially Automotive. The Digital Cockpit practice as part of Luxoft automotive delivers stunning user experience to our customers. We develop IVI systems from pixel to silicon and apply agile methodologies to tackle challenging projects in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

Gather and document requirements from stakeholders, including customers, engineers, and project managers.

Analyze and validate requirements to ensure they are clear, complete, and feasible.

Develop and maintain requirements specifications and traceability matrices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.

Conduct requirements reviews and obtain stakeholder approvals.

Manage changes to requirements and ensure proper documentation and communication.

Ensure requirements comply with industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 26262, AUTOSAR).

Participate in system design and architecture discussions to ensure requirements are met.

Provide support during testing and validation phases to ensure requirements are verified.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in requirements engineering.
