Position Title: Senior Retail Operations Specialist (Consumer Electronics)
Location: Shanghai, China
Retail Sales Management: Take full responsibility for the sales performance of retail stores; develop and execute strategies and action plans to drive sales growth.
Store Staff Management: Manage the daily operations of the in-store promoter team, including training, motivation, and performance evaluations, to improve service quality and conversion rates.
Distributor Coordination: Maintain efficient communication with store distributors; ensure the effective implementation of sales policies, inventory planning, and data collection & analysis.
O2O Operations: Oversee online-to-offline (O2O) operations across stores, including online traffic acquisition, in-store fulfillment, and campaign execution, with the goal of increasing O2O sales contribution.
Private Domain Traffic Management: Guide stores in building and managing private domain ecosystems (e.g., WeCom, social communities); develop strategies to enhance user engagement, conversion, and retention.
Market Feedback & Optimization: Regularly collect feedback from the market, consumers, and channels, and provide insights to support product and retail strategy improvements.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and e-commerce teams to continuously optimize the in-store retail experience and operational efficiency.
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in retail operations, with a strong preference for backgrounds in consumer electronics or trendy collectibles industries.
Solid understanding of store operations, distributor collaboration, and O2O sales models.
Hands-on experience managing promoter teams; familiarity with WeCom, community building, and other private domain tools.
Strong analytical mindset with a good sense for data and problem-solving.
High execution capability, excellent communication and coordination skills, with a strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.
Willingness to travel frequently.
Familiar with the Razer brand; interest in gaming, esports, or ACG (Anime, Comic & Games) culture.
Experience with on-demand retail platforms such as JD Daojia, Meituan Flash Sale, etc.
Background in regional sales, key account (KA) management, or channel operations.
