Job Description

As a Senior Software Engineer, Multiplatform, Core, you will be responsible for driving impactful outcomes in your immediate area of work, demonstrating self-direction while contributing to technical direction-setting and offering solutions that address both short-term needs and long-term goals. You will devise and assume responsibility for effective solutions, even when faced with ambiguity, while exercising sound judgment in design decisions within the area of expertise. You will also communicate effectively and align the team's timelines, goals and objectives with those of multiple adjacent teams. You will foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and innovation.

Must have:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
Experience in mobile application development
5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, and with data structures/algorithms
3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture
3 years of experience building and developing infrastructure, distributed systems, or networks
Experience with compute technologies, storage, or hardware architecture

Good to have:

Experience in full-stack development across Android, iOS, and web applications, showcasing adaptability to diverse technical environments.
Experience in designing and maintaining developer frameworks, streamlining development processes, and enhancing productivity.
Experience collaborating with and guiding junior engineers.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring smooth project execution and delivery.

Minimum qualifications:
