User Acquisition Manager with 3+ years of mobile web user acquisition experience in real money casino, strong analytical abilities, proficient in self-serve advertising platforms, and excellent communication skills.

Description

We're on the lookout for a User Acquisition (UA) Manager to enhance our dynamic marketing team and help expand our thriving player community. The ideal candidate will possess keen business acumen, outstanding creativity, strong interpersonal skills, a data-driven mindset, and a passion for scaling operations efficiently. Responsibilities:

Manage the entire user acquisition funnel, from integrating new traffic sources and managing campaigns to collaborating with the creative team to develop top-tier advertising creatives.
Experiment with new creative styles and concepts through rigorous measuring and testing.
Design and implement A/B tests to optimize revenue potential.
Work closely with data scientists and analysts to perform in-depth performance analysis and optimizations for our most impactful players.
Identify and experiment with user acquisition strategies that significantly increase daily active users (DAU) and revenue.
Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with key acquisition partners to align their efforts with our goals.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in mobile web user acquisition for real money casino at scale.
Proficiency in managing campaigns on self-serve advertising platforms.
Exceptional analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail, coupled with strong communication skills to effectively convey findings and action plans.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with an eagerness to further develop technical skills.
Strong logical thinking with a knack for identifying and seizing new opportunities to challenge the conventional approach.
Skilled in negotiation and capable of persuasively influencing both internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to work autonomously or collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
Full proficiency in English.

Bonus Points For:

Familiarity with SQL, Tableau, or Mode Analytics.
Experience with AI marketing tools, particularly those that enhance campaign efficiency and personalization.
A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a quantitative discipline.
Experience managing Self-Attributing Network (SAN) campaigns.
