How we LEAD:
Famehouse is seeking a senior leader to spearhead the growth & innovation of our creative capabilities, in service to our artist & label partners.
This SVP will be our driving force to define and deliver the industry’s best creative agency services to connect artists with their fans, helping labels and their artists bring their vision to life through content & editorial, digital experiences, site & store design, marketing creative and more.
This leader will also drive creative talent acquisition and development, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and drive across our creative teams & beyond.
Candidates must have a demonstrated ability to lead highly collaborative creative teams, to develop meaningful relationships with artist and label teams, and bring a passion for storytelling to the role.
How you CREATE:
Lead the Growth & Innovation of Famehouse’s Creative Agency Services for Labels & Artists:
Articulate a vision for the expansion of our creative offerings to artists & labels, and define the high-level roadmap to achieve that vision
Ensure that vision excites the artist & label creative communities, driving innovation in D2C and broader creative agency offerings across editorial, digital, eComm, and more
Champion creative innovation by exploring emerging technologies & cultural trends
Guide each creative discipline & its leadership to establish and scale their capabilities aligned to artist & label needs (present & future)
Build Strong Partnerships with Label & Artist Creative Teams:
Lead high-level relationships with creative leaders across UMG labels & teams
Understand label & artist creative needs and ambitions, translating that ambition into award-worthy work in service of artist & label goals
Ensure our creative roadmap addresses evolving artist & label needs, feedback
Represent FH creative in senior leadership channels & communication, presenting strong creative vision with clarity, passion, and commercial awareness
Lead FH’s Creative Organization & Talent Development:
Mentor and inspire our high-performing team of creatives
Identify & attract creative talent to our organization that adds to our capabilities and brings diverse expertise & experience to our team
Foster a culture of creative discovery, collaboration, & growth across creative teams
Nurture creative leadership members to empower our teams to deliver their best work
Bring your VIBE:
10+ years of relevant experience in creative leadership roles in music, fashion & streetwear, or related field
Experience leading editorial, site design, and digital creative projects required; experience with eCommerce for music or streetwear preferred
Strong track record of building relationships with artists and/or label teams preferred; existing relationships with our partners is a major plus
Outstanding creative leadership skills; proven ability to develop & motivate creative talent
Proven ability to guide delivery of creative work at a high taste level
Hands on experience in the creative process – from concepting through to design development and execution
Natural ability to collaborate and serve the needs of labels and artists. Must be willing to set ego aside in order to deliver for our partners, artists, and their fans.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong relationships across the organization, from senior executive leadership to our own creative team members
Degree in graphic design, visual communications, interactive design, or related discipline

Salary Range:
$289,00 - $479,270The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
