The Service Now Developer role supports a wide variety technically oriented processes in the TIAA ServiceNow environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience implementing enhancements to custom applications, ITSM processes, and integrations while ensuring best practices are followed. The ideal candidate will also have strong skills in JavaScript, Workflow/Flow Designer, and excellent communication skills.
Required Skills:
Minimum 3 years Software Development experience on the ServiceNow Platform
Minimum of 3+ years building web applications with JavaScript, REST, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, etc.
Preferred Skills:
ServiceNow Platform Development, Administration, Configuration and Upgrades
ServiceNow JavaScript (Client Scripts, UI/Data Policies, Script Includes, and ACLs)Agent Workspace, Performance Analytics, Predictive Intelligence
