Job Description

As a Software Engineer at Google's Corp Eng team, you'll play a vital role in building and maintaining the infrastructure that powers Google's operations. You'll be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining software solutions. You'll work on projects critical to Google's success, collaborating with other engineers and stakeholders. This is a full-time opportunity based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, where you'll have the chance to make a real impact at a global scale.

Must have:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
1 year of experience with software development
Proficiency in programming languages like Python, C, C++, Java, or JavaScript
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Good to have:

Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field
Experience developing accessible technologies
Experience with large-scale systems and distributed computing
Experience with cloud computing platforms

Minimum qualifications:

Responsibilities

Write product or system development code.
Participate in, or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders to decide amongst available technologies.
Review code developed by other developers and provide feedback to ensure best practices (e.g., style guidelines, checking code in, accuracy, testability, and efficiency).
Contribute to existing documentation or educational content and adapt content based on product/program updates and user feedback.
Triage product or system issues and debug/track/resolve by analyzing the sources of issues and the impact on hardware, network, or service operations and quality.
