- 4+ years of experience as a gameplay or systems engineer
- Strong knowledge of C++ and Unreal Engine 4/5 architecture
- Solid grasp of gameplay systems and technical fundamentals
- Experience working on PC or Console titles
- Strong debugging, optimization, and problem-solving skills
- Develop and optimize gameplay systems, features, and tools using C++ in Unreal Engine 5
- Collaborate with designers, artists, and fellow engineers
- Deliver clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Exposure to multiplayer systems, physics and animation pipelines
- A collaborative mindset with a passion for creating great game experiences
- Shipped a title using Unreal Engine
- Experience with Unreal Blueprints and Editor tooling
- Familiarity with Perforce, Git, or other version control systems
- Understanding of AI-Tools and ability to adapt them in workflows to improve productivity

As a Software Engineer II – Unreal Engine, you’ll be part of a passionate and collaborative team of game developers. You will work closely with design, art, and engineering leads to build exciting features and systems that define player experiences in our AAA PC/Console titles. This is your opportunity to push the limits of Unreal Engine 5 and contribute to high-performance, polished, and scalable gameplay. You’ll learn from industry veterans and be encouraged to take ownership of features, systems, and the code that drives them.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and optimize gameplay systems, features, and tools using C++ in Unreal Engine 5
- Collaborate with designers, artists, and fellow engineers to deliver engaging player experiences
- Build core systems such as animation, AI, UI, and input for player interaction
- Debug and optimize performance across platforms
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
- Deliver clean, maintainable, and well-documented code in a collaborative environment
