We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AWS DevOps Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and deploying applications on AWS, with a strong background in DevOps practices and tools. Key responsibilities include designing, implementing, and managing scalable, secure, and reliable AWS infrastructure; automating deployment, monitoring, and management of cloud applications; collaborating with development teams to ensure efficient CI/CD pipelines; implementing IaC using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation; monitoring system performance, identifying issues, and implementing solutions for high availability; ensuring security best practices across the infrastructure; troubleshooting and resolving issues in development, test, and production environments; mentoring junior engineers and providing technical guidance to the team.
Good To Have:
- Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet)
- Knowledge of networking concepts and security best practices
- Experience with serverless architectures and AWS Lambda
Must Have:
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps with AWS focus
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, Ruby)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI)
- Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
- AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer) a plus
