You will also partner with various teams, optimize app performance, and mentor junior developers. This role requires a strong understanding of Flutter, state management, and cloud backends, along with a passion for performance and security. The ideal candidate will push a phone's CPU, GPU, and sensors to their limits.

Must Have

The Challenge:

We're looking for a Senior Flutter Developer who can push a phone's CPU, GPU, and sensors to their limits. If you've built apps that do a lot more than CRUD -think AR overlays, real-time video, sensor fusion, AI inference let's talk.



Requirements

What You'll Do:

  • Architect & build cross-platform apps in Flutter with pixel-perfect UI and butter-smooth 12 fps animations.
  • Implement advanced capabilities: AR/VR (ARCore/ARKit), on-device ML (TensorFlow Lite, Firebase ML Kit), BLE peripherals, GPS and geofencing, HealthKit / Google Fit, sensor data streaming, offline sync, and cloud messaging.
  • Partner with product, design, and backend squads to shape roadmaps and ship end-to-end features.
  • Optimize for performance, battery, memory, security, and accessibility.
  • Automate with CI/CD, unit/widget/integration tests, and Play Store & App Store pipelines.
  • Mentor & review set coding standards, guide juniors, and champion best practices.
  • Explore & innovate prototype with new Flutter releases, packages, and platform APIs.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • Education: BE (Computer Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology) or MCA. NonIT degrees need not apply.
  • 5-8 years in software, 3+ years hands-on Flutter/Dart.
  • Shipped 2+ complex apps on both iOS & Android with >50k users.
  • Mastery of state management (BLoC, Riverpod, Provider, Redux) and clean architecture.
  • Deep knowledge of platform channels, native Android/iOS interop, and custom platform views.
  • Confident with cloud backends (Firebase, AWS Amplify, Azure, GCP), REST & GraphQL, real-time sockets/WebRTC.
  • Solid grasp of Git, CI/CD (Bitrise/GitHub Actions), automated testing, and Agile rituals.
  • Passion for performance profiling, accessibility, UX polish, and security.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with Unity/Unreal AR Foundation, OpenCV, or TensorFlow Lite model optimization.
  • Contributions to open-source Flutter packages or a strong tech blog/GitHub.
