What We Need

As 2K continues to evolve its People strategy, we are seeking a Senior Manager, People Programs. The successful candidate will be able to draw on their deep and broad professional experience, which may include HR, program design and management, and/or learning and development.

As part of a global, matrixed team, the Senior Manager, People Programs will collaborate with the People team, leaders from all functional areas, and L&D professionals to understand needs and implement programs to meet varied needs. We are looking for someone that is creative, agile and proactive to develop high quality programs in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. If you have passion to build and scale People Programs this role is for you!

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with the 2K People team and leaders to identify people program and learning needs, build upon existing programs and content to drive a comprehensive people strategy.
  • Recommend appropriate changes to people and learning programs based on business need.
  • Collaborate on change management, including leadership alignment and stakeholder engagement.
  • Act as a learning consultant to the People team and leaders interested in developing learning materials.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to meet team and company needs.
  • Support Train-the-Trainer efforts for our QA/Shared Studio teams.
  • Support a culture of learning, engaging 2K employees as learners, mentors, and advocates of professional growth.

What Will Make You A Great Fit

  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Instructional Design/Adult Education or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of experience defining, developing, delivering, driving/deploying and documenting people programs, including learning and development programs.
  • Experience with Lattice and Cornerstone strongly preferred.
  • Comfortable flexing between ideation, design, delivery, and coordination of people programs.
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
  • Experience with facilitation, including in-person and virtual learning for small and large groups.
  • Persuasive and clear verbal and written communication.
  • Flexible and resourceful, at ease with ambiguity, organized and thorough.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical skills; comfort with using data to understand and explain program rationale and impact.
  • Ability to build trust and influence executive leaders on all matters related to people programs.
  • Requires onsite presence 5 days a week. May include travel.
