The opportunity

In this role, you will have the chance to work on the largest gaming asset marketplace that millions of creators depend on to build their games. Impressively, over 75% of mobile games on the market today are powered by Unity, and you will be a critical part of that ecosystem.

Your success will be built on an already thriving B2C marketplace with the potential for expansion into the B2B market—a move that could quadruple revenue. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact and to be a part of substantial growth.

You will work end-to-end, covering everything from strategy to business model development, managing both supply and demand, building new features, and scaling growth. This role is highly dynamic and challenging, requiring you to wear multiple hats and move quickly. What you'll be doing

  • Work with the Unity Engine team to identify strategic areas for 3rd-party publishers to create content for.

  • Conduct stakeholder and publisher interviews to assess target features, supplier-market-fit, and financial sustainability.

  • Engage in customer interviews to evaluate demand volume, pricing sensitivity, and bulk purchase intent.

  • Design and implement experiments to validate attainability and conversion rates at scale.

  • Develop a roadmap to transition successful experiments into scalable, self-service features.

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in product management within a marketplace environment.

  • Deep knowledge of B2B customers and their purchasing behaviors.

  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and hands-on experience with business model and pricing research.

  • Demonstrated ability to conduct low-effort experiments to validate demand.

  • Ability to effectively influence strategic decisions and collaborate with senior management at the VP level.
