The Strategic Communications Initiatives Senior Associate will play a crucial role in shaping customer experience by communicating strategic initiatives and projects across internal functions. Responsibilities include developing communications materials (plans, blogs, videos, presentations), partnering with stakeholders on projects, researching and presenting new internal communication opportunities, supporting administrative tasks, facilitating project execution, tracking progress, and building best-practice resources. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, experience in corporate communications or corporate affairs, and a passion for driving results in a fast-paced environment.

Be the strategy behind the game

As a Strategic Communications Initiatives Senior Associate, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the customer experience. In this role, you'll take the lead on communicating crucial strategic initiatives and projects across internal functions to achieve key objectives. Your day-to-day efforts will also include partnering with employees across departments to develop unique perspectives that inform winning public relations programs.

What you’ll do as a Strategic Communications Initiatives Senior Associate

  • Assist in developing and drafting communications-related materials, including communications plans, blogs, video clips, presentation decks, and live meetings.

  • Partner with members of the Strategic Customer Initiatives team and other internal stakeholders on various strategic projects and initiatives.

  • Proactively research and present potential new internal communications opportunities and initiatives based on area of focus and team objectives.

  • Support administrative efforts including agendas, communications calendars, task tracking, project planning, group email boxes, and notetaking.

  • Facilitate project execution by working cross-functionally to build and drive project plans, identify dependencies, and deliver on core goals.

  • Track and communicate decisions, progress, risks, issues, and retrospectives with the project team and leadership.

  • Build resources and playbooks to codify best practices and improve operational consistency.

What you’ll bring

  • A Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant work experience, ideally agency or in-house corporate communications or corporate affairs. 

  • Intellectual curiosity with a genuine interest in the likely areas of focus: customer centricity, strategic operations, project management, and communications. 

  • Charismatic communicator with a passion for developing deep relationships.

  • A positive and collaborative personality who can work seamlessly across a highly matrixed environment.

  • Digital communications understanding and experience, including metrics analysis.

  • Passion for driving results, ability to work independently and know when to seek guidance.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 65,300.00 USD - 81,600.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
