Strategic Partner Manager, Content Partnerships
Job Summary
Job Description
This role involves managing and growing relationships with a portfolio of YouTube content partners. Responsibilities include day-to-day partnership activities, performance growth advocacy, defining and analyzing key metrics, recommending improvements, and developing new opportunities. The position requires cross-functional collaboration with teams across YouTube and other Google departments (Business, Marketing, Policy, Communication, Legal). The ideal candidate will have experience in business development, account management, or partnerships, preferably within relevant industries like consumer electronics or technology. Fluency in English and Tagalog is essential for this customer-facing role. The goal is to position partners for success on YouTube and provide the best user experience.

Job Details
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 year of experience in business development, business, account management, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, in the Consumer Electronics, Auto, Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEMs), Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries.
- Ability to communicate in English and Tagalog fluently to interact in this customer-facing role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
- Experience as a content creator, with finding, developing, and managing YouTube creators.
- Experience in managing agreements or partnerships.
- Experience in working with data.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to improve processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation planning, and time management skills.

- Manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of content partners, which includes day-to-day partnership activities, performance growth, and advocate internally on behalf of our partners.
- Define, model, execute against and analyze key distribution and product adoption metrics and recommend improvements internally and to partners, as well as develop new opportunities.
- Work with teams, across the YouTube Business Organization and cross-functional teams (e.h., Business, Marketing, Policy, Communication, Legal, etc.) to bring the solutions to partners.
