Qualification ● Education: Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
● Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business development or sales, specifically within the advertising or digital marketing industry
Key Responsibilities:
● Innovative Outreach: Design and implement creative strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones. Your approach will be as dynamic as the campaigns we create.
● Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, and industry influencers. Become their go-to advisor for all things advertising
● Opportunity Identification: Recognize and act on new business opportunities
Analyse market trends and competitor activities to position our agency as the top choice.
● Proposal Crafting: Collaborate with our creative team to develop tailored proposals and presentations that showcase our unique value and inspire potential clients.
● Client Engagement: Lead discovery meetings, pitch sessions, and negotiations. Use your creativity to make a lasting impression and convert prospects into long-term partners.
● Market Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends and client needs. Bring fresh ideas to the table and share them with our team to keep our approach innovative and relevant.
