Job Description

Peak is seeking enthusiastic and driven 4th-year university students for a summer internship in Data Science. Interns will collaborate with experienced professionals on real-world projects within the mobile gaming industry. Responsibilities include analyzing data from player behavior, in-game metrics, and market trends; developing predictive models and machine learning algorithms; conducting exploratory analysis; supporting A/B testing, cohort analysis, and user segmentation; creating dashboards and reports; and experimenting with new data science and analytics tools. The internship runs from July 1st to August 29th, 2025, and requires a full-time on-site commitment at the Peak office.

Must have:

Currently enrolled in 4th year of university
Available for full-time, 2-month summer internship (2025)
Strong passion for data science in gaming
Data analysis and modeling skills

Good to have:

Personal data science projects demonstrating practical skills

As a Data Science Intern at Peak, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals in the field, gaining valuable hands-on experience and contributing to real-world projects in the mobile gaming industry.

What you’ll do during your internship

Analyze data from sources like player behavior, in-game metrics, and market trends
Develop predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and data-driven solutions
Conduct exploratory analysis to uncover insights and guide strategy
Support A/B testing, cohort analysis, and user segmentation
Create dashboards and reports to share findings with stakeholders
Experiment with new tools and techniques in data science and analytics

You’ll need to

Be currently enrolled in university in your 4th year of studies
Have a schedule that allows you to work in Peak office for 2 months full-time during summer 2025
Have strong passion for data science, analytics, and its applications in the gaming industry
Have personal projects related to data science or data analytics, which demonstrate practical skills and creativity, is a plus

Hiring process

The internship period will be between July 1st and August 29th, 2025. Once you have been selected, you will get a technical assignment through HackerRank to assess your engineering skills.
