The Job:

As a Talent Experience Specialist, you will play an essential role in providing support to the Talent Attraction team across the entire recruitment journey from job opening to pre-boarding.

You Will:

  • Handle high volume of coordination of interviews Schedule high volume of interviews across departments within Greenhouse (ATS)
  • Open requisitions in Greenhouse per job set-up guidelines and close out requisitions once candidate is hired
  • Provide a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the entire interview process and pre-boarding
  • Manage multi-country offer letter generation and sending process
  • Own background check process including initiating new checks, monitoring progress and properly escalating issues
  • Own pre-boarding process including sending welcome letter, initiating background check, hiring candidate in Greenhouse, updating necessary trackers
  • Assist in projects that help scale the TA function

You Have:

  • 2-4 years' experience in a TA coordination or TA operations role
  • Proven organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to prioritize
  • Ability to multitask and learn processes quickly for more efficient and effective results
  • Ability to exercise excellent judgement and discretion when dealing with confidential matters
  • Work independently as well as part of a team
  • Strong time-management and people skills
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency and fluency in English is required
