ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• We are seeking a Hard Disk Drive Failure Analysis Technician to join our Product Design Engineering team in Srimahaphote, Thailand. In this role, you will play a crucial part in analyzing and diagnosing hard disk drive failures to improve product reliability and performance.
• Conduct failure analysis on hard disk drives using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques
• Perform root cause analysis to identify the root cause for drive failures
• Utilize oscilloscope and electronic testing equipment to examine components and identify defects
• Analyze data and prepare detailed technical reports on failure modes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective actions

REQUIRED: 

• High vocational certificate or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• 0-2 years of experience in electronics industries or a similar field

PREFERRED:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies

SKILLS:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
