We’re looking to hire a Junior Textile Designer for a luxury bedding and linens company. You’ll join the design team to assist in the development and execution of the creative vision for the brand across multiple categories. This is a contract opportunity. The role is located in Edison, NJ and is hybrid, 3 days to start. Junior Textile Designer Responsibilities:
Track and manage development process from hand-off of design concept to first
prototype
Collaborate with team to ensure creative projects and direction are aligned with
key business needs and priorities.
Create and execute concept boards for presentations
Coordinate samples for photoshoots
Junior Textile Designer Requirements:
5+ years of experience in textile design, design/product development, within home industry
Knowledge of fabrics and home textiles
Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Ned Graphics
