UI Game Artist

Good day! We are Eyeball Games Pte. Ltd, a Singapore-based mobile gaming studio that was funded by the creators of the smash hit game 8 Ball Pool (over 1 billion downloads). We are seeking a talented and experienced UI Game Artist to join our team and contribute to the development of our next generation mobile pool game (Pool Masters). As a UI Game Artist, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and intuitive user interfaces that enhance gameplay and elevate the overall player experience.

Location: Remote

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a UI Game Artist in the gaming industry.

• Strong proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.

• Excellent understanding of UI/UX principles and user-centered design.

• Strong artistic skills and a keen eye for detail.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Experience with game engines like Unity or Unreal Engine is a plus.
  

Responsibilities:

• Design and create visually appealing and user-friendly UI elements, including menus, HUDs, icons, buttons, and other interactive elements.

• Collaborate closely with game designers, programmers, and other artists to ensure seamless integration of UI elements into the game.

• Develop and maintain a consistent visual style and brand identity for the game's UI.

• Export UI assets and import them into the Unity game engine, in collaboration with the programmers.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in UI design and game development.

• Troubleshoot and resolve UI-related issues.
