We are seeking a talented and creative Video Developer to join our corporate team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video production, editing, and graphic design, with the ability to create engaging and professional content for internal and external communications. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent visual storytelling skills, and a deep understanding of the latest video production technologies and trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality videos for various corporate needs, including promotional content, training materials, corporate events, and internal communications.
- Perform all post-production activities such as editing, color correction, sound mixing, and adding visual effects to ensure a polished final product.
- Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams, content and script writers to develop scripts and storyboards that effectively convey the intended message or story.
- Create and integrate graphics, animations, and other multimedia elements to enhance video content.
- Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Oversee the maintenance and organization of video production equipment.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve video production quality and efficiency.
- Work closely with various departments to understand their video content needs and provide creative solutions.
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Vyond, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation software (e.g., Adobe After Effects).
- Familiarity with graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Excellent visual and verbal storytelling and creative thinking abilities.

- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of video production and editing projects.
- Experience with live streaming and virtual events.
- Knowledge of 3D, AR, VR etc would be a preferred.
- Familiarity with web and social media video content creation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in video production and editing, preferably in a corporate environment.
