Job Description

The Business Operations Coordinator will support Apple Information Security (AIS). This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual to manage diverse responsibilities ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office and team. They will manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, handle correspondence, oversee office space planning, manage facilities needs, maintain printers, coordinate IT support, handle building access, manage internal and external orders, reconcile costs, support project initiatives, work with administrative teams across multiple locations, maintain accurate inventory records, and assist with event planning and execution. The coordinator will also handle confidential information and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
Must Have:

You will handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities Include: *Executive Support: Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings (including international travel arrangements), and handle correspondence for senior leadership *Office Management: Oversee office space planning, manage facilities needs (including equipment and supplies), maintain printers, coordinate IT support, and handle building access *Financial Administration: Manage internal and external orders, reconcile costs, and ensure compliance with financial policies *Project Management: Support project initiatives, including planning, execution, and tracking *Cross-functional collaboration: Work with administrative teams across multiple locations to maintain consistency and coordinate activities *Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and manage the ordering of equipment and supplies *Event Support: Assist with planning and execution of onsite events
