Our Application Evolution Services team will provide you with the opportunity to help organizations harness the power of their enterprise applications by optimizing the technology while driving transformation and innovation to increase business performance. We assist our clients in capitalizing on technology improvements, implementing new capabilities, and achieving operational efficiencies by managing and maintaining their application ecosystems. We help our clients maximize the value of their SAP investment by managing the support and continuous transformation of their solutions in the areas of sales, finance, supply chain, engineering, manufacturing and human capital

As a Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, while reporting to Senior Managers and above.
Be involved in the financial metrics.
Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients.
Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen.
Use data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making.
Adherence to SLAs, experience in incident management, change management and problem management.
Develop new skills and strategies to solve complex technical challenges.
Assist in the management and delivering of large projects.
Train, coach, and supervise staff to recognize their strengths and encourage them to take ownership of their personal development.
Act to resolve issues which prevent the team working effectively.
Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues.
Continue to develop internal relationships and the PwC brand.
Build a strong team environment that includes client interactions, workstream management, and cross-team collaboration.
Actively engage in cross competency work and contribute to COE activities.
Demonstrating project management skills including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while being detail oriented.
Shift Timings: Expected to work in second shift (2pm IST to 11pm IST) to support US clients
Required Skills:
Strong 6+ years’ experience in End-to-End FICO functional knowledge and technical acumen for SAP ECC
Looking for strong PS experience
SAP Public Cloud Experience
Minimum 1 full life cycle implementations (prior experience defining/implementing worldwide solutions across multiple legal entities in a highly complex systems and project environment) including hands-on design and configuration
Experience in Support engagements which includes defect resolution, Incident & release management in a multi-vendor and multi-geography environment for SAP ECC implementation
Experience on complete PS module cycle from project creation to settlement
Good configuration knowledge of PS structures: WBS, Network, Milestones, Cost Planning, Budgeting, Material Requirement planning, Project quotation, Time sheets, Goods issues, and other project management activities in SAP PS. Must have completed at least one end-to-end implementations
Integration knowledge with CO, FI and MM, SD and PP.
Ability to analyze key business drivers, then translate the findings into insights and actions, and their implications in the overall business
Demonstrates strong knowledge and application of testing strategies, methodologies and has been responsible for executing unit, integration and user acceptance testing
Proven ability to translate business requirements, processes and designs into well documented system designs and preparation business process global template
Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills including the ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms
A team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate clearly, ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Experience includes Business co-ordination, Requirement gathering, fit/gap analysis, & design, Functional specs preparation, Testing and support
Excellent communication and presentation skills demonstrated ability to work with clients to understand the key business drivers that impact client satisfaction
Key Qualifications and Experiences:
Experience with SAP ECC 6.0 and above version of SAP with hand on experience with below modules: FI (Finance)
Experience functional specifications w.r.t business requirements
Proficient in the support of day to day finance Operations and SAP IT teams.

Participating in the continuous improvement of implemented solutions, including but not limited to the following SAP application-packaged modules including ECC, S4Hana, PI/PO, CPI, SAC, BWIP, Basis, FICO etc.
Transitioning and leading application support operations; and,
Understanding the common issues facing PwC's clients of all Industries and Sectors.
Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success leading one or more SAP Managed services engagements including:
Designing, implementing and supporting business processes in an SAP On Premises and Cloud environment;
Designing, building, testing and deploying various SAP solutions;
Building relationships with clients; identifying and pursuing opportunities to expand PwC scope;
Developing an awareness of Firm services;
Staffing and managing teams to deliver contracted services including troubleshooting and resolving production issues, developing and testing enhancements, and assessing impact of solutions within SAP applications;
Providing consistent communication of status to clients; managing client expectations in regards to scope and service levels; and,
Overseeing multiple client engagements while leveraging team leaders to manage day-to-day activities; develop leadership skills within the team.
Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in practice and business development activities including:
Participating in pipeline building, proposal responses, presentation delivery to clients, and contract development; and,
Developing and evolving service offerings, planning for capabilities, and building capacity.
