The AME Intern will primarily assist in sample production, collaborating with engineers to process raw samples and verify process methods and documentation. Under guidance, the intern will help formulate and verify work instructions (WI) and production plans (Cutting Plan). Key responsibilities also include creating and maintaining material bills of materials (M-BOM), implementing engineering and process changes, and conducting method and time studies. The intern will also contribute to designing and releasing on-site tooling based on BOP, and participate in improvement activities aimed at enhancing production efficiency and reducing labor and material costs.
