Job Description

This position involves providing Level 2 support to customers by resolving technical issues in a live production environment. The System Analyst II will monitor system performance using observability tools like Kibana, Logz.io, and Dynatrace to identify potential issues. They will also respond to and troubleshoot user-reported incidents, documenting troubleshooting procedures, and collaborating with other IT professionals to resolve complex technical problems. The role includes participating in on-call rotations, clearly communicating system issues, and designing, analyzing, and debugging CSG product applications.
Must have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
  • 2-3 years of previous development or application support experience
  • Experience in Ticket and queue management
  • Experience with Java, Linux, Unix, Windows Server, AWS, Azure, and Cloud infrastructure
  • Proficiency in English
  • Advanced analytical skills
  • Ability to support a 24x7 on-call rotation

We are looking for a System Analyst II who will:

  • Provides Level 2 Support to customers - resolving technical issues / error messages encountered by customers in a live production environment.
  • Monitor system performance using observability tools (Kibana, Logz.io, Dynatrace) and identify potential issues before they impact users.
  • Respond to and troubleshoot user-reported incidents and service requests, pinpointing root causes and implementing effective solutions.
  • Document troubleshooting procedures, resolutions, and system configurations in a clear, concise, and easy-to-understand manner.
  • Collaborate with developers, network engineers, and other IT professionals to diagnose and resolve complex technical problems.
  • Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.
  • Clearly communicate system issues, troubleshooting steps, and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Design, analyze, write code, modify and debug CSG product applications.
  • Perform bug verification, release testing and beta support for assigned products.

  • Proficiency in English in a business environment.
  • Advanced analytical skills for researching and correlating information to resolve issues.
  • Ability to support a 24x7 on-call rotation.
  • Availability to work in a hybrid work model.
