Associate Manager, Talent Acquisition, SAP, Bahraini National required
Job Summary
This is a fast-paced, dynamic and global role on the Talent Acquisition Team recruiting technical and functional SAP consultants. Your primary responsibilities will include finding the best in class talent for our global SAP organization, working across multiple regions and time zones. You will find niche talent for our projects in Public Sector, Entertainment and Media, and Healthcare. Responsibilities
- Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to attract qualified candidates for open positions.
- Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications to determine their fit for specific roles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely communication, feedback, and assistance to candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, interview feedback, and recruitment metrics using applicant tracking systems or other HR software.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process, including equal employment opportunity (EEO) guidelines.
- Provide guidance and support to junior staff or interns involved in recruitment activities, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and applicant demographics, to assess the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with hiring managers, department heads, and other stakeholders to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies for their teams.
- Collaborate with the manager to develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with the organization's goals and workforce needs.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition, and propose innovative solutions to enhance the recruitment process.
- Support the development and implementation of recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent.
- Assist in creating compelling job postings and marketing materials to promote open positions.
- Contributes to employer branding initiatives by showcasing the organization's culture and values through various channels.
Education & Experience
- 6 to 8 years of recruiting experience.
- SAP recruiting experience required.
- Demonstrated experience recruiting in EMEA required.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
General Skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and documentation.
- Proficiency in and familiarity with an ATS (Jobvite), MS Office, LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job boards.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on new challenges as needed.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and processes.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
