We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Brand Manager to lead the Voltaren Medicated Topicals category in Germany. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong focus on performance, sophistication in defining challenges & opportunities, and teamwork. The ideal candidate will excel in delivering and executing projects with excellence, driving brand growth, and enhancing market penetration & share of market.


Your Role at Haleon
Strategic Brand Leadership:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive brand plan for Voltaren Medicated Topicals, ensuring alignment with the overall Voltaren strategy.
  • Oversee and refine the Voltaren Topicals product portfolio, utilizing consumer insights and market data to align the product range with the overarching Voltaren strategy.
     

Performance and Market Analysis:

  • Consistently evaluate brand performance, market trends, and competitive dynamics.
  • Identify strategic actions to achieve brand objectives and proactively address challenges.
     

Project Management and Execution:

  • Lead the development and execution of the brand plan for Voltaren Topicals, focusing on creative excellence and an optimal media mix to enhance market penetration and fuel brand growth.
  • Oversee the execution of brand projects with a focus on creative excellence and optimal media mix.
  • Ensure timely delivery and execution of all projects, maintaining high standards of quality and performance.
     

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration, including shopper and expert marketing, and manage projects across various departments to accelerate the growth of the Voltaren Topicals business.
  • Build partnerships and share best practices with agencies and external partners to amplify brand growth.


What we expect from you

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in brand management or marketing, supported by a degree in business administration or a comparable qualification.
  • A strong passion for brand management and consumer insights, with proven expertise in marketing, brand, or innovation management, ideally within the FMCG sector.
  • Exceptional analytical skills paired with a creative mindset, complemented by outstanding project management abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills that enable effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and a diverse array of stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach, with a high capacity for learning and rapid comprehension.
  • Fluency in both German and English, in written and spoken forms.
