Job Description

Phantom Fx is looking for a Business Analyst with 2+ years of experience in process improvement and system implementation. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience with data analysis and visualization tools, and be proficient in Google Sheet, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.

As a Business analyst, you should have a deep understanding of the economics of the solution

and be able to use research methodologies to find better solutions. You should also have

excellent communication skills and be able to translate data into actionable insights. You'll

collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with our strategic objectives

and deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

 Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify Key

areas for improvement.

 Analyse the related VFX industry to identify potential areas and scope of new

business.

 Analyse large data sets from various sources to identify market trends, patterns,

insights and opportunities.

 Utilize data visualization tools to present findings (using Graphs) in a clear and

concise manner.

 Leverage data-driven insights to inform decision-making and strategic planning.

 Generate market report of related businesses, recommendations, or insights to

stakeholders.

 Track daily project status and update it in the dashboard.

 Capture requirements and generate various reports based on the need.

 Collaborate with different departmental teams to improve productivity.

 Analyse current processes to identify areas of improvement and give suggestions.

 Collaborate with other department stake holders in the business improvement

process and contribute by giving valuable inputs, support and coordination.

Requirements

Required Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Data / Business Analysis or any related field.

 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on process

improvement and system implementation.

 Proven experience in managing complex tasks.

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

 Experience with data analysis and visualization tools is preferable (e.g. Hubspot).

 Should be well versed in using Google Sheet, MS Excel and Power Point.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 A passion for innovation and a desire to drive business growth.

 Should be able to generate various reports on a regular basis.

Desired Skills:

 Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in the VFX and Animation industry is

preferable.
