This Business Analyst role at YouTube focuses on leveraging data analysis, planning, and teamwork to influence YouTube partnerships. Responsibilities include creating reports on program performance, analyzing performance variations to identify improvement opportunities, developing automated analyses to empower partner managers, building dashboards for leadership, and creating insightful presentations. Job Details
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maths, Quantitative Science, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience working in data analytics, consulting, data science, engineering, or a technical operations role.
- Experience in statistical problem solving and analyzing data sets using Python or coding languages (e.g., R, Java, C++).
- Experience in developing dashboards and reports to support customer-facing users and executive users.
- Experience in analyzing data and sharing insights with leadership.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in a Quantitative field.
- Experience in developing automated solutions to empower customer-facing teams (e.g. automated insights/recommendations, assignments and segmentation).
- Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM solutions.
- Experience working as part of a Sales or Partnerships operations team.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
