Responsibilities include responding to inbound leads, refining marketing strategies, providing feedback to the marketing team, and maintaining and updating Salesforce with lead and customer data. The position also requires engaging prospects through personalized communication, understanding customer pain points, positioning FICO's platform value proposition, handling objections, and staying updated on industry trends. The role requires resilience and self-motivation to drive growth and efficiency. This role is to develop your career with a leading organization in the Big Data analytics field.

The Opportunity

What You’ll Contribute

  • Actively identify and research potential customers through outbound efforts.​

  • Conduct cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate interest and create traction with prospects.​

  • Proactively respond to inbound leads generated by marketing campaigns and events.​

  • Work with field marketers to refine messaging and lead generation strategies.​

  • Provide feedback to marketing team based on campaign feedbacks.​

  • Maintain and update Salesforce with lead and customer data.​

  • Plan and research to engage prospects through personalized communication and follow-ups. ​

  • Understand customer pain points and match solutions to their needs.​

  • Position FICO´s platform value proposition effectively.​

  • Know how to handle objections.​

  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.​

  • Work with Account Executives to develop accounts and territory strategies.​

  • Focus accounts and areas where the Account Executives are not reaching.​

  • Qualify leads based on FICO´s Platform Capabilities.​

  • Exercise resilience and self-motivation.

What We’re Seeking

  • Strong understanding of the role of Sales and Business Development in the enterprise B2B software industry.

  • Expertise in leading and driving innovations that drive growth and efficiency.

  • Familiarity with tools and technologies such as Salesforce, Drift, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Pardot, and Microsoft.

  • Strong ability to develop relationships quickly over the phone, through email, and social channels.

  • Fluent in English and Spanish.

  • Detailed, motivated self-starter who thrives in a complex and challenging environment of a rapidly evolving business.
