This Business Development Representative position is for the Oceania region. The role involves representing Enverus's products and services, seeking new leads, and generating sales opportunities using CRM tools and cold calling. Responsibilities include setting up meetings, managing prospects, and reporting results to the sales manager. The company is expanding its solutions in Power & Renewables and is looking for someone to work remotely from Australia, in coordination with their HQ in Madrid.

We are currently seeking a Business Development Representative working remotely from Australia to join our Australian sales team in coordination with our HQ in Madrid. This role offers the opportunity to join a rapidly growing company delivering industry-leading solutions to customers in the world’s most dynamic and fastest-growing sector.   
   
Performance Objectives   
  • Representing our company’s products and services, starting with a comprehensive understanding of them. 
  • Proactively seeking new leads and business opportunities in the market. 
  • Using Salesforce tools (CRM, sales engagement platform), cold calling, and emailing to generate new sales opportunities. 
  • Setting up meetings or calls between potential customers and sales executives. 
  • Managing and maintaining a pipeline of interested prospects and engaging sales executives for next steps. 
  • Identifying best practices to refine the company’s lead generation playbook. 
  • Identifying prospects’ needs and suggesting appropriate products/services. 
  • Reporting to the sales manager with weekly and monthly results. 
   
Competitive Candidate Profile   
  • C2 in English 
  • Prior experience is not required, but will be valued. 
  • Empathy and good communication skills via phone and email. 
  • Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced challenging environment. 
  • Desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals. 
  • Highly self-driven sense of motivation.  
 
Desired Skills  
  • Studies in Business and Engineering are positively valued. 
  • Other languages are a plus. Mainly: Spanish or Chinese.
