Job Description

Location: Sydney, Australia, Up to ~25% travel required

We have a great opportunity for a highly motivated, seasoned field marketing professional eager to build their career at Sprinklr, as we drive to double our revenue in the next two years. The Field Marketing position acts as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to our sales team, working across internal marketing functions and third parties to deliver against pipeline and revenue goals.  A strong candidate has a proven track record of executing sales-focused marketing with experience in account-based marketing, as well as event management. They enjoy working in a highly collaborative environment, together with sales leaders to exceed expectations through effective communication, strategic development, and execution of field marketing programs that deliver on the needs of their divisional business.

What You’ll Do:

The Field Marketing leader will work closely with sales leaders, global peers, and report directly to the Senior Director of Demand Gen. They will craft and execute marketing plans in partnership with stakeholders by aligning to the corporate campaign framework, executing locally to achieve KPIs, and ensure delivery of quarterly pipeline targets. They will provide the ‘voice-of-the-field’ for the wider marketing team to support a culture of constant improvement and innovation. They will leverage data to inform their strategy and nurture relationships to ensure alignment on marketing plans. They will manage the end-to-end lead process in partnership with inside sales and marketing operations, constantly looking for ways to improve the intake and conversion of the lead funnel. They will report on campaign success and business contribution on a divisional level. They will oversee the divisional field marketing budget and work in partnership with their peers across the Americas and EMEA to continue to innovate ways to optimise our programming as a global function.

Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified:

  • 8-10 years' experience in B2B marketing in a relevant function such as account-based marketing, field marketing or events.

  • Past experience being accountable for delivering, accelerating, and expanding sales pipeline through regional marketing programs that target enterprise sized organizations.

  • Experience building and executing a field/geo-specific marketing plan(s) in partnership with sales teams, leadership, and third-parties that results in win/win scenarios.

  • Experience influencing and/or managing a $1MM marketing budget.

  • Analytical mindset with the desire to measure, analyze, act, and improve marketing programs. Salesforce and Power BI experience are preferred.

  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills. Can demonstrate marketing leadership with sales leaders and customers.

  • A life-long learner who embraces a growth mindset.

  • Ability to be creative, innovative, and think creatively to execute local events.

  • Enjoy consensus building while making tough decisions on investments.

  • A run-through-a-brick-wall level of drive, passion, and desire for results.
