Job Description
Captura Hall is seeking a highly motivated and professional Client Service Associate to join our growing team in Tampa, FL. This role is ideal for someone who excels in customer engagement, is solution-oriented, and values providing high-quality service in a fast-paced business environment.
Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed promptly.
Manage client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions with professionalism.
Coordinate with internal departments to deliver solutions aligned with client expectations.
Maintain up-to-date records of client communications and transactions.
Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and loyalty.
Assist in onboarding new clients and supporting existing client accounts.
Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
1-3 years of experience in client services, customer support, or administrative roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM systems.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
