As an Application Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining applications that meet our business needs. You will be primarily responsible for Power BI development, creating insightful and interactive dashboards and reports. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work on Informatica Data Quality (DQ) development, ensuring data accuracy and integrity across our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement Power BI dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Optimize Power BI solutions for performance and scalability.

• Work on Informatica DQ development to ensure data quality and consistency.

• Perform data analysis and validation to support data-driven initiatives.

• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, providing technical support as needed.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve application development processes.

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in software development.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience of 5+ years in Power BI development

• Strong understanding of data visualization principles and best practices.

• Proficiency in SQL and experience of 2+ years with database management systems.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Power BI development using DAX, Power Query

• Familiarity with Informatica Data Quality tools and concepts is preferred.

• Certification in Power BI or Informatica DQ is a plus.

• Knowledge of data modeling.

• Experience with other BI tools and platforms.

• Knowledge of ETL processes and data integration techniques.
