Your Role

Are you a strategic communicator with a passion for driving change and engaging employees through impactful storytelling? At Aptiv, we’re looking for a Communication Specialist to support our transformation journey by crafting compelling internal campaigns, shaping key messages, and fostering meaningful connections across our global teams. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the organization’s transformation and change journey.
  • Implement internal communication strategies and change management plans through creative, high-quality campaigns and by developing tools, channels, and processes.
  • Create engaging content (articles, posts, newsletters, memos) tailored to specific internal audiences.
  • Collaborate with business partners and project teams to advise on messaging and the most effective communication channels.
  • Support the delivery of internal events such as Town Halls, webinars, and workshops.
  • Design and execute campaigns to boost employee engagement.
  • Gather feedback and promote two-way communication across the organization.
  • Track and measure the effectiveness and impact of internal communications.

Your background:

  • 2–3 years of experience in Internal Communications, Marketing, or Change Management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – clear, concise, creative, and persuasive
  • Experience in an international environment or shared service centers is a plus
  • Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams
  • Strong project management and planning skills
  • Strong sense of brand identity; basic graphic design or video editing skills are a plus
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and SharePoint
  • High energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism.
  • Fluent English/C1
