The Community and Event Specialist will develop and implement a comprehensive community engagement strategy to grow the community ecosystem. Responsibilities include planning and executing multiple community projects and initiatives, organizing online/offline events, building relationships with stakeholders, managing a team of moderators and volunteers, conducting market research to understand community needs and preferences, and providing business insights. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management and leadership skills, be a proactive collaborator, a critical problem-solver, and an avid learner. Excellent communication skills in Bahasa and English are essential, along with a deep passion for gaming and knowledge of the Indonesian gaming industry. This role requires nationwide travel within Indonesia.
