Responsibilities

Initiate and provide operations flow through data analysis, routing and simulation
Design and evaluate multiple operations flow solutions, specific to customer requirements
Setup for operations network analysis and solutions optimization
Manage the day-to-day execution of onboarding plans
Track onboarding progress and report on results

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in related field such as business administration, management, or marketing
Have 3-4 years working experience in Shipper Onboarding, Business Solutions or Operations / Transport Solution Design
Multi-faceted knowledge in Operations, Commercial and Product
Have experience to manage multiple project from scratch, especially in operations flow process
Excellence in stakeholders management and communications skills
Strong in data analysis, analytical thinking, and details oriented person
