The Community and Event Specialist will develop and execute a comprehensive community engagement strategy for a gaming company, focusing on growing and nurturing the community ecosystem. Responsibilities include planning and executing various community projects and online/offline events, building relationships with stakeholders (gaming communities and media partners), recruiting and managing a team of moderators and volunteers, conducting market research to understand community needs and preferences, and providing business insights based on data analysis. The ideal candidate will have strong project management, leadership, and communication skills (Bahasa and English), be passionate about gaming, and possess a deep understanding of the Indonesian gaming industry.
