Description

We are seeking a Compensation Analyst to join our team and support our efforts in attracting, retaining, and motivating top talent. In this role, you will report to the Manager, Compensation and Benefits and assist with various compensation programs while ensuring compensation data integrity in our HR systems. You will work closely with y HR Operations to maintain accurate compensation data, which is essential for informed decision-making and effective compensation strategies. 
This position is vital in upholding competitive compensation practices aligned with Gigamon’s strategic goals. You will analyze compensation data, assist with salary surveys, and help develop policies that reflect market trends. Your contributions will help shape our compensation practices and support a positive employee experience, ultimately enhancing our organizational performance.  
 
What You’ll Do: 
  • Collaborate with HR teams to ensure pay aligns with Gigamon’s competitive compensation philosophy. 
  • Assist in processing and administering annual salary surveys and provide insights from the data. 
  • Support the focal review process, managing timelines and tools. 
  • Maintain HRIS (Workday) compensation data, providing regular compensation reports and updates on system management as needed.  
  • Research and resolve HRIS compensation related issues.  
  • Prepare ad-hoc and regular reports to support decision-making. 
  • Assist with data analysis to identify trends and provide insights for process improvements. 
  • Perform regular compensation audits to ensure the integrity and compliance of HR data. 
  • Help resolve challenges that arise in your area of responsibility. 
  • Other responsibilities as assigned. 
What You Have Done: 
  • 2+ years of experience in compensation and HRIS, preferably in high-growth tech environments. 
  • Familiarity with broad-based compensation programs, including salary, bonus, equity, and pay-for-performance systems. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting. 
  • Good communication skills with the ability to build strong interpersonal relationships across the organization.
