Job Details
Description
- Collaborate with HR teams to ensure pay aligns with Gigamon’s competitive compensation philosophy.
- Assist in processing and administering annual salary surveys and provide insights from the data.
- Support the focal review process, managing timelines and tools.
- Maintain HRIS (Workday) compensation data, providing regular compensation reports and updates on system management as needed.
- Research and resolve HRIS compensation related issues.
- Prepare ad-hoc and regular reports to support decision-making.
- Assist with data analysis to identify trends and provide insights for process improvements.
- Perform regular compensation audits to ensure the integrity and compliance of HR data.
- Help resolve challenges that arise in your area of responsibility.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
- 2+ years of experience in compensation and HRIS, preferably in high-growth tech environments.
- Familiarity with broad-based compensation programs, including salary, bonus, equity, and pay-for-performance systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Good communication skills with the ability to build strong interpersonal relationships across the organization.
