Job Summary
We are looking to add a Configuration Manager with a real passion for Technology and Project Management to our awesome Integration Management team in Bucharest in the ever-expanding world of iGaming and Sports betting. You will help launch Clients Worldwide and lay the first brick in their successful future. Through your role, you will have interactions with most of the people inside EveryMatrix and know all the ins and outs of this industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate configurations for all products part of an integration project.
- Offer transparency over your work to the lead Project Manager.
- Adjust configurations based on feedback and QA. Ensure timely and accurate implementation of these adjustments.
- Manage configuration requests from internal and external stakeholders. Prioritize and execute requests efficiently, maintaining clear communication throughout the process.
- Conduct comprehensive QA testing to validate configuration setups. Develop and execute test cases, ensuring configurations meet all functional and performance requirements.
- Analyze and resolve configuration issues promptly. Propose and implement appropriate resolutions, documenting the process for future reference.
- Investigate and clear queries in a timely manner. Provide updates and escalate issues internally and externally to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Prepare detailed configuration documentation and maintain the Configuration Management (CM) database. Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
- Review existing CM processes and recommend improvements. Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Configuration Manager, with a strong understanding of QA methodologies and best practices.
- Strong analytical mind and problem-solving attitude. Ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Experience within the online gambling industry is desirable but not essential. Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.

What you'll get to do:
- Serve as the main point of contact for our Clients when it comes to configuration-specific workstreams as part of an integration project.
- Communicate project priorities, monitor and escalate issues.
- Provide regular update reports to management as required.
- Assimilate technical documentation and information to be able to provide technical guidance.
- Ensure that the configuration process is well defined: governing document, coordination of internal stakeholders and transparency to the client, and setting expectations of its own responsibilities.
- Ensure that the configuration process has all necessary approvals before Production (data interpretation, data mapping, data validation, QA, and Client sign-offs).
What you'll need to shine:
- 2+ years of experience as a Configuration Manager in an IT company.
- Good understanding of Technical systems and lingo.
- Excellent Project Management skills.
- Good knowledge of Agile methods.
- Be able to quickly and clearly understand the business strategy to ensure the decisions are aligned accordingly.
- Experience working with and reporting to senior stakeholders across financial and operational functions of the business.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to get things done under pressure.
- Experience in Requirements Management desired.
- Upper-intermediate or advanced level of English.
